Teachers sometimes forget about this things,so they up struggling on how their student gets the hollistic learning.As a teacher there's a must that you should integrate different teaching strategies that might be appropriate for your student.You must also exert effort on doing your motivation and instructional materials because they would be a big help in delivering your topic discussions.In addition teachers must understand that your student may not learn the same way you do.So you must give patience for those student who is not capable or cannot understand a lesson for the first time you teach them.Second always remember that in delivering your discussion you should utilize as many senses, the more the learning.Lastly in trying new things on teaching strategies always remember that the involvement of your student is the key to assess the effectiveness of your strategy because the outcome of your student will determine if the strategy is a potential tool in teaching.
For the student, it's a must to keep in mind that the teacher cannot give the 100% of everything for you to get the overall learning, because your success as as learner is under your control. As a student and as learner you need to experiment, to find the learning style that will suits you the best.For example these are student that can retain more information of they study first in the morning on in the other hand before going to bed.There are some who needs to listen to some different genre of music, while others learn better if they are just listening.But the thing is what even learning style will you choose, the more important thing is it will help you as a learner to attain a hollistic learning.Furthermore, always remember that as a learner you must set your own motivation or reasons.Just keep in mind the question "Why do you need to learn?"
