Reflection: Creativity

Each learner can be creative in their own way. Simply because each learner has their own perspective on how they will create new things out of their creativity. Also creativity of a learner might also differ on the sources where they can get idea of creating. There are learners who need to observe things first for them to know if there's something missing, for them to get an idea of innovating. There are learners who needs to use their massive imagination to make imposible things posible. Lastly there are learnes who need to explore first for them to discover some creative projects or experiment that might help in the future.
So, teachers must help their student to express their creativity. They should teach them that they should accept change for the learners to realize that some problems have no easy answer, in a sense that the innovative things they create will not always be the answers in such problem they want to solve, that there are things need to be change in order to achieve their goal. Next, teachers must help their students to feel joy in their creative production and in working through a problem, in such way that you should teach them that they are not creating only because of the grades they can get but you should also imply to them the true learnings out of creating something. Also teachers must appreciate the creativeness of their student by rewarding them because it serves as a motivation to them. Furthermore, teachers should be also dynamic and must keep mind that they play a significant role in the learning process, so they must also be creative ofcourse. Also teachers must understand that they should not teach their student the way they taught because learners are different from one another.
Don't let you failure, STOP your Creativeness!
