Reflection: Computer as Information and Communication Technology

         The revolutionary stages of technology  brought many changes in the 21st century education. It all start from the printing press, books in the library and to the invention of perfected computer in the late 1900's. Computer technology brings a lot of aid and help in the field of education. It helps for the easy access of knowledge base information. Can be also an aid of motivation used by teachers. It can also help in making presentation for the teachers discussion and help the teachers to compute the grades of his/her student easily.
         But the boost of technology has it's own downfall. Teachers find hard to cope up to the continuous and rapid progression of technology. Factors might be the computer literacy of the teachers is not appropriate for the upgraded features of technologies of today. External factors are also a contributor such as fund, availability of the resources, especially that the ideal computer set up is 1:1 and many more.
       Moreover, technologies makes us realize that even though it can solve many problems "Technology has it's own limitation". It is not a remedy for all the problems of the people need to be solve. But the great thing technology makes us realize that "Teachers will always be important". Teachers cannot be replaced of any machinery and programs technology can offer.
              Furthermore, computer technology is not a bad thing but let us keep in mind that technology is just a tool and an aid for our easy living. Don't let technology control you, let yourself control the technology. Always remember that you are the creator of the new invention of technology , so the technology is in your hands.

Reflection: Demo Teaching Part II

         Teaching is not easy as a profession and you will realized it when you do a Demo Teaching for the first time , from the preparation and to the ongoing activities during discussion or after. It might easy at first but the true is, it is really hard. Because the preparation for unique Instructional materials is not easy. Even in how you will master what you need to teach to your student. Of course, also writing a lesson plan is really difficult most especially if you don’t have any idea on how you will construct it, at the first place. Every individual is different from one another as well as how student are diverse.Students possess different multiple intelligences, skill, capabilities, and also learning styles that contribute on how they will internalize their learnings from time to time.
